Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 6 - 7 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Bowtie Diamond offers complimentary US Ground shipping with including insurance for all orders. Otherwise Bowtie Diamond offers 2nd day, Overnight shipping service additional shipping cost may apply.
All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:
• Ground: Will arrive in 3-5 business days, Free of Charge!
• Two-Day: Will arrive in 2 business days
• Overnight: Will arrive the following business day
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes via UPS, FedEx.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exception.
We professionally package each and every item to protect from damage while in shipment. All packages are shipped UPS Express delivery and are insured by our third-party insurance company for full purchase price in case of loss or theft. We ship worldwide with buyers being responsible for shipping charge and any custom/duties fees that might be incurred. All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Bowtiediamond.com is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. All purchases shipped outside of the United States are Final Sale. Once shipped, international and special orders cannot be cancelled. Refused international shipments will be abandoned and will not be refunded. Free shipping is not offered for this orders shipped outside the continental U.S. Bowtie Diamond provide concierge service for international customers. Please contact us before purchase. Most countries calculate shipping charges, taxes, tariffs and duties at checkout and the customer owes nothing additional at delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
At Bowtie Diamond, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST before returning any items and we will give you instructions on returning them. In-stock items may be returned/exchanged with a postmark date within 7 days of receipt of item. Prior authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. Pieces must be in the same way received with all its belongings condition as when they were received, and must be in original packaging with all cards, boxes, etc. included. A refund will be issued minus shipping and restocking fees. Refund is not guaranteed if we are not contacted before item is shipped.
The following items are not able to be returned/exchanged:
"Custom order" pieces, no returns or exchanges are available after purchase.
Limited Watch Collection item
Limited Jewelry Collection item
FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
Return items must be sent via FedEx or UPS overnight or 2-day, or via USPS Express. It must be fully insured and with a Delivery Confirmation (tracking and proof of shipping). Customer pays return shipping costs. Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items; In this case, it cannot be completed the return and refund. Please refer to the carrier of your choice policies.
All returns will process in 3-4 2-3 business days, as items will need to be inspected prior to processing. that they are received and we will send an email confirmation once the refund is processed. Please keep in mind that depending on the cycle of your credit card it may take 2-10 days for the refund to post to your account.
At Bowtie Diamond quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. If you should experience the need for repair on any Bowtie Diamond jewelry item please email firstname.lastname@example.org Please reference your Name, Address, Order Number and Repair Issue.
Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for all repairs.
All returns of merchandise for repair require a Return Authorization, otherwise we are unable to accept the package.
Please email email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping your merchandise back. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, so please be sure to insure your package for the full value of the piece.

Special orders are final sales and non-refundable. Special order prices may fluctuate, depending on the item. Prices will be confirmed via email before an order is placed.
